Over the survey period, it emerged that 35 percent of the respondents believed that meat and meat related foods will lose greater importance when doing grocery in the next five years. However, it is worth to be noticed that despite this trend in the first semester of 2016 the sales value of ready-sliced meat has increased of over 13 percentage points.
