The graph shows the results of a survey carried out in 2015 in Brazil to determine whether respondents had recently bought a book. In 2015, 26 percent of respondents stated that they had bought a book in the last three months.
Respondents who bought reprographic copies were considered non-buyers. The survey was carried out by means of face-to-face interviews and Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI).
