This statistics shows the most appropriate course of action for the Conservative Party following the general election results according to an opinion poll among British adults in Great Britain during June of 2017. Of the respondents, 33 percent reported they wanted the Conservative Party to step aside and let the Labour Party try and form a minority or coalition government. By comparison, 26 percent of respondent would like for the Conservative Party to try and continue governing alone as a minority government and should try striking deals with parties on individual issues. A further 25 percent of respondents reported they thought the Conservative party should form a coalition government with the Democratic Unionist Party.
