This statistic shows the sales value share of gluten-free foods in Spain in 2015 and 2016, by product category. The sales value share of gluten-free foods is highest in the bread product category with a 24.5 percent share of sales value, followed by frozen foods at 21.9 percent. Certain food categories have decreased in their share of sales value in the period under consideration, such as bread, biscuits, pastries, pasta and flour, while all other categories have increased. In total, the sales value of gluten-free food in Spain amounted to 87.7 million euros in 2016.
