Dr Schar has the largest share of the gluten-free market at 31.7 percent in 2016, followed by Galletas Gullón with 19.7 percent. Smaller manufacturers make up the other 30.6 percent of the market in 2016, a decrease on the 31.1 percent share in 2015.
