Annual growth rate in the FDI inflow in India 2001-2018

In fiscal year 2019, it was estimated that there was a two percent growth in India's foreign direct investment inflows when compared to the previous fiscal year. Overall, the FDI inflow in the country has been oscillating between highs and lows. This is largely owing to the unsure nature of investment deals from one year to the other along with market fluctuations.
