This statistic represents the result of a survey on online phone purchases in Finland in 2016. According to the survey, a share of nearly 40 percent had bought their phone from an operator's website. The next largest online retail site for phone purchases was a website of a consumer electronic retailer. Meanwhile. websites of supermarkets, mobile phone shops and B2C channels were more seldom used online retailers among mobile phone buyers.
