Usage rate of devices for news consumption in Mexico 2022
As of February 2022, approximately 77 percent of internet users surveyed in Mexico said they used smartphones to access the news. The figure is over two times higher than the percentages of the other devices combined. More than two-thirds of Mexican internet users consumed news through social media in early 2022, according to the same source.
