This graph shows a distribution of the milk volume destined for the production of dairy goods in France in 2015, by type of product. It indicates that almost 35 percent of French milk in volume was used for the production of cheese. However, canned milk represented only about 10 percent, and desserts and yoghurts less than 7 percent.
In 2015, France had produced more than 3.3 billion liters of packaged cow milk.
