Number of trainees in the bakery sector in France 2010-2014

This statistic shows the number of apprenticeships in bakeries, pastry shops, chocolate factories and ice producing companies in France from 2010 to 2014 (in 1,000). The number of trainees increased by more than 2,000 during the period under consideration, leading to almost 29,000 people being trained in French bakeries and other linked activity sectors in 2014. Over the same period of time, the number of apprentices being trained in the meat and fish business was around four times lower.
