This statistic shows the results of a survey on what irritates customers most about other customers when grocery shopping in Denmark in 2017. That year, the majority of respondents with a share of 79 percent stated to be annoyed of customers placing items at random places in the store because they don't need them anyway. The irritation about customers first packing their entire bag of goods before they search the purse and pay was ranked second with a share of 72 percent. Other annoying behavior was running ahead when a new checkout opens and customers who press or mark vegetables and put them back to the shelf again.
