Monthly interest rate for consumer credit in Italy 2017-2023
During the past months, the interest rate on consumer credit in Italy increased a lot, reaching nearly 8.9 percent in August 2023. The interest rate was 6.47 percent as of June 2021. This figure represented a slow recovery from the interest rate drop experienced in April 2020, the lowest in the period under consideration at 5.87 percent.
