Italy: preferences for selected food labels in 2017, by education level
This statistic shows the degree of preference for food products with certain labels among the Italian adult population in 2017, broken down by age group. According to the study results, people with a medium and high educational background tend to pay more attention to food labels than people with a low education level, although about the same share of respondents tend to buy gluten-free products regardless of their education.
