Italy: preferences for selected food labels in 2017 by age
This statistic shows the degree of preference for food products with certain labels among the Italian adult population in 2017, broken down by social class. According to the study results, upper-class people tend to shop for gluten-free products more than people in any other social class, but are less influenced by other labels than middle-class and even lower-class people, particularly when it comes to color additives and preservatives.
