In 2022, the total area space of exhibitions held in Guangzhou city amounted to around 4.14 million square meters, ranking first among all Chinese cities. Shanghai, which was the leading city in the previous year, did not make it to the top ten of the cities in 2022 in terms of trade exhibition area size.
