Preferred shopping locations for baby care among women in the UK 2017, by age This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey in which female respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked where they usually buy baby care, broken down by age group. The results show that women of all ages are most likely to buy their baby care products from the supermarket. Department stores are popular shopping locations for the younger generation, with 30 percent of 18 to 29 year olds saying they buy baby care from this outlet, compared to just 2 percent of those aged 60 and above .
