This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey in which female respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked which criteria they use when buying baby care products, broken down by age group. For 18 to 29 year olds the most important factor when buying baby care is deals on products, with 49 percent using this as a criteria for their purchases. In contrast, the largest proportion of 30 to 59 year olds (49 percent) said that they base their baby care buying decisions on the quality of products, while those aged 60 and over are most likely to prioritize the value for money of a purchase, at 58 percent.
