Latin America and the Caribbean: internet penetration 2020, by country

As of January 2020, more than eight out of ten people living in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Chile, and St. Kitts and Nevis were online. Still less than half of the population in countries such as Nicaragua, Honduras, and Haiti had access to the internet as of that point in time. Chile was also among the countries in the region with the fastest Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
