Italy: weekly newspapers readers by occupation 2021-2022

In Italy, between April 2021 and April 2022, retirees represented the largest group of weekly newspaper readers, reaching more than 2.6 million individuals. Employees and students come behind with a readership of more than 1.5 million and nearly one million respectively. By contrast, the number of housewives reading weekly newspapers in that year amounted to 51 thousand.
