U.S. consumers perception that products are manufactured to break 2017
This statistic shows the results of a Statista survey in which U.S. e-commerce shoppers were asked how much they agree with the perception that products are deliberately manufactured to break so that new ones need to be purchased in the United States as of June 2017. During the survey period, 34 percent of respondents totally agreed that products are deliberately manufactured to break so that new ones need to be purchased.
