Fish production volume across Meghalaya, India 2008-2018

The hilly northeastern state of India, Meghalaya, produced only a mere ten metric tons of fish during financial year 2018, which was similar to that of the previous year. The production volume had decreased significantly from financial year 2009. Surprisingly, the production volume in financial 2016 was an all time high of about 11 thousand metric tons in the mountainous state.
