It shows that electricity generation from wind power increased significantly over this period. The majority of electricity was generated from onshore wind power, offshore wind power only added a noteworthy amount from 2013 onwards. In 2018, the combined amount of electricity generated from both onshore and offshore wind energy totaled 111.5 billion kilowatt hours.
