According to the survey, the most important attribute of an in-store shopping experience is having a sales associate with deep knowledge about the product range, with 63.8 percent of respondents claiming this to be important. For 56.1 percent of respondents the ability to check other stores is important. Nearly one third of the people think it is important to have in-store wireless internet connection.
