Pepper production volume in India 2013-2017

During the fiscal year 2017, volume of pepper production in India accounted for over 66 thousand metric tons. This was an decrease of over eight percent from the previous fiscal year. The southern state of Karnataka was responsible for the production of 45 percent of the country's pepper output during the measured time period.
