This statistic shows the number of copies of works in translation published in Italy in the period from 1990 to 2009. According to the study results, the number of copies of works in translation did not change significantly from 1990 to 2009 (about 53 million copies in both years). The year where fewest copies (fewer than 40 million) of foreign works translated into Italian were published was 2006 .
