Italy: daily newspaper advertising revenue 2016-2017, by segment
This statistic illustrates the net advertising revenue of daily newspapers in Italy in the first third of 2017 and the equivalent period in the previous year, broken down by segment. According to the study results, net revenues from advertising decreased in all sectors: revenues in national commercial advertising fell from over 90 million euro to just above 77 million euro in the space of a year. By contrast, revenues from classified advertising fell by around half a million in the same period.
