This statistic shows the percentage of people surveyed in Great Britain who suffer from mental health problems and that have experienced issues with their personal financial decision making in 2016. From the survey 93 percent of respondents said that their spending habits were higher than usual when experiencing a period of poor mental health. 59 percent of respondents had taken out a loan that they otherwise would not have.
