According to the survey results, about 52 percent of respondents admitted to prefer online banks due to more advantageous economic conditions. The survey revealed that 12.6 percent of Italians chose an online bank because of negative experiences with in-branch banks and 9 percent of them admitted that effective advertisement campaigns influenced their decision.
