Adding value to card payment programs in the United Kingdom (UK) 2015-2016
This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked what card payment features they would find most valuable in the United Kingdom (UK). The survey question was asked and repeated in 2015 and 2016 to show how consumer thoughts have changed in respect to each feature. The largest change in the value of a feature was that in the potential to have a 'one-time-use' card number for a one-off purchase to help card numbers being exposed to hackers. The number of respondents that answered that this feature would be 'most valuable' rose from 47 percent in 2015 to 64 percent in 2016.
