Adverse/temporary harm to patients in rehab hospitals by preventability 2012
This statistic displays the percentage of preventable and not preventable adverse and temporary harm events that happened to Medicare patients in rehab hospitals in FY 2012. Of the 46 percent of preventable incidents, eight percent were deemed clearly preventable. Comparatively, of the 51 percent of not preventable events, six percent were deemed clearly not preventable.
