Italy: impact of international experiences on hiring decisions 2015 This statistic illustrates employer companies' opinion on the impact of candidates' international experiences on recruiting decisions in Italy in 2015. According to the survey results, the majority of respondents (90 percent) believed that study periods and internships abroad were decisive factors in recruiting new employees. By contrast, only seven percent of respondents stated that international experiences were not relevant for hiring decisions.
