Almost 60 percent of real estate housing in France cost between 1,200 and 3,350 euros per square meter, as of 2020. Housing properties costing less than 1,200 euros per square meter accounted for less than ten percent of all real-estate properties listed in France during that year. Conversely, those costing over 5,500 euros represented ten percent during that year.
