Italy: top 5 most important accommodation features for eco-conscious travelers 2016
This statistic shows the top five accommodation features influencing the choices of eco-conscious Italian tourists in 2016. According to the survey results, the most important accommodation feature for tourists who wanted to travel sustainably was the presence of solar panels (67 percent of interviewees). Water reuse and the presence of water-saving bathroom facilities were also decisive factors in choosing an accommodation facility, according to 43 and 35 percent of respondents respectively.
