In 2019, Systembolaget sold beverages supplied by Spendrups Bryggeri with a value of roughly 3.5 billion Swedish kronor. Altia Sweden's beverages reached a sales value of about 2.4 billion Swedish kronor. Beverages of the supplying company Carlsberg Sverige were sold with a value of approximately 2.3 billion Swedish kronor in the stores of the Swedish beverage retailer.
