* Figures about the food and drink intake were collected using a repeated 24-hours food enquiry in which was surveyed what participants had consumed in the 24 hours prior to the survey. At least two of these surveys were done on two non-consecutive days on different days of the week and in different seasons. This survey was combined with a written food frequency questionnaire. In the case of children, these questionnaires were filled in by the parents.
