This statistic illustrates the share of travel agencies selling their services online in Italy as of 2016. According to the survey results, only one in ten travel agencies allowed their customers to pay for their bookings online, as opposed to 42 percent of respondents that allowed only online bookings with physical payments in the office. About 48 percent of travel agencies did not offer any online booking services to their customers.
