This statistic shows the annual turnover of ice cream and yoghurt franchises in Spain from 2010 to 2016, by establishment owner. In 2014, the turnover of franchised ice cream and yoghurt shops in the country reached the 100 million milestone. In 2016, after falling in 2015, the turnover of these shops rose again to almost 98 million.
