Italy: travel agency advertising on social media platforms 2016

This statistic illustrates the share of travel agents who had used online advertising campaigns to promote their companies in Italy in 2016. According to the survey results, about a third of respondents (32 percent) had never made an online ad campaign. By contrast, about 43 percent of travel agencies had invested in online advertising, and 16 percent of them had run a marketing campaign with a zero budget.
