Major commercial development planning decisions in England 2005-2019
This statistic show the number of major commercial planning application decisions made and granted in England from 2005/2006 to 2018/2019. The highest number of commercial development decisions was made in 2006/2007 with almost 3.6 thousand, of which nearly 3.2 thousand applications were granted. Since then the overall figure decreased slightly with just under two thousand decisions made for commercial development as of 2018/2019.
