Butter production volume by type in France 2014-2018

Butter is a popular food product among French consumers. It appears that, in 2018, in France, almost 45,000 tonnes of anhydrous milk fat were manufactured. For all types of butter, production volumes remained relatively stable: production of 82% fat butter went from 364,856 tonnes in 2014 to 353389 tonnes in 2018.
