Individual solar water heaters delivered in France 2013-2021
In 2021, the estimated number of individual solar water heaters in France amounted to 7,300, up from 4,250 in 2020. Although this was the highest figure since 2015, this solar thermal energy technology has been declining since 2013, when solar water heaters amounted to 20,500. By comparison, the number of heat pumps delivered in France for water heating was over 267,000 in 2021.
