* This is only the co-owners declaring to live in a condominium encountering difficulties (many unpaid and frequent, co-ownership described as working very poorly, no maintenance work), not tenants. This definition is not comparable to that of the previous edition.
** Persons belonging to households of the first three deciles of standard of living which lack a piece compared to the norm of population, to the exclusion of a person's household
*** Until a complete discounted count of people in energy poverty is possible, this is only people belonging to the first three deciles of level of life and declaring to have been cold during the year for reasons related to precariousness (financial deprivation, poorly insulated or poorly heated housing)
**** Persons undergoing a net effort rate higher than 35%, leaving them a remain-to-live less than 650 euros per month and per uc.
