Average price of per square meter for real estate properties in Lyon 2024, by borough

In 2024, Lyon's 6th and 2nd arrondissement recorded the highest prices for residential real estate in the city. In January, both arrondissements achieved an average price per square meter of close to 6,000 euros. Overall, it was twice more affordable to rent an apartment in Lyon than it was in Paris.
