The source adds the following information about the study: "With 236 buildings, totaling 1,700,000 m², the database used is a representative sample of the housing stock. The buildings in the selected sample are those of the private office park. They have an average surface of 11,000 m², with various dates of construction. These are mainly buildings located in the Paris region, with a majority in Paris intramural. For the analysis, no less than 800,000 measuring points were processed. Among these data, the recordings for four major equipment items were selected: office lighting, office automation (excluding servers), fan coil units and air handling units."
