This statistic presents the average daily rate or ADR (average daily rate) per place of tourist accommodation in urban destinations in Spain in the first quarter of 2015, by type of accommodation paid. The average daily rate per square in homes announced on P2P platforms for tourist rental like Airbnb stayed close to 22 euros, about 6 euros below the average daily rate in one-star hotels.
