Typology of the readers of press Spain 2015-2016

This statistic presents the percentage distribution of press consumers in Spain in 2015 and 2016, depending on the reader's typology. According to the source, approximately 44% of the population that consumed newspapers in the country in 2016, read only the printed version of newspapers and magazines. However, although this type of reader continues to predominate, it is true that it has experienced a decrease of more than six points with respect to the previous year. A recessive trend coinciding, curiously, with the increase of readers who opt exclusively for the digital format.
