Incomplete unsubsidized homes Spain 2005-2016 This statistic shows the annual development of the number of unsubsidized dwellings that were initiated but not completed in Spain between 2005 and 2016. The industry peaked in 2006 with figures amounting to approximately 665 thousand unsubsidized homes, but it decreased sharply during the following years, reaching its lowest point in 2013 at roughly 29 thousand dwellings. The number of incomplete unsubsidized homes stood at approximately 58 thousand in 2016. On the flip side, the number of completed unsubsidized homes stood at roughly 50 thousand in 2017.
