This statistic presents the annual evolution of the housing acquisition at prices exceeding 500,000 euros, by non-EU citizens between 2013 and 2015. In 2015, almost 38 percent of the homes purchased for at least half a million euros corresponded to non-EU citizens, which represents a decrease with respect to 2014.
