The report is based on a series of tests addressing the performance capacity of UMTS and LTE networks. For this, 17,000 kilometers were traveled by car in 13 Spanish cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Seville, Granada, Palma de Mallorca, Salamanca, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Gijón and La Coruña). as well as in smaller cities.
More than 6,900 calls were evaluated, more than 55,000 voice samples, access to more than 16,000 active pages and 8,000 HTTP file transfers for each of the operators.
