Peru: consumer complaints on retail banking services 2016-2017, by bank

This statistic displays the number of consumer complaints regarding retail banking and financial services received by the Peruvian Institute of Competition Defence from April 2016 to March 2017, by bank or other type of credit institution. During that period, out of the total 26,782 complaints received, 3,929 complaints were regarding retail banking and financial services provided by Banco de Crédito del Perú. The bank with the second largest number of complaints received from customers was Banco Falabella Perú S.A., with nearly 3,060 complaints.
